Can I order replacement parts and consumables?

Yes. We supply a wide range of prestressing consumables, replacement parts and equipment components. If you're unsure what you need, our team can often help identify parts from photographs or equipment information.

Can you help identify existing equipment?

Yes. We regularly assist customers in identifying barrels, wedges, jacks, pumps and other prestressing equipment from photographs, drawings or manufacturer information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. CCL Precast supports customers throughout the UK and international markets across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and beyond.

 
What are your typical lead times?

Lead times vary depending on the product, stock availability and destination. We will always confirm expected lead times as part of the quotation process.

Can you arrange export documentation?

Yes. Our team has extensive experience supporting international shipments and can assist with export documentation requirements where needed.

How are products packaged for shipment?

Yes. Training can be delivered within your production facility, allowing operators and supervisors to learn using their own equipment and processes.

 

Do you offer operator competency training?

Calibration & Servicing

 

Do you provide calibration services?

Yes. We provide calibration services for a range of prestressing equipment, helping maintain accuracy, consistency and confidence in stressing operations. We have in house load capcity upto 9000kN.

 

How often should prestressing equipment be calibrated?

Calibration requirements vary depending on equipment usage, customer procedures and local requirements. Many producers operate on annual calibration schedules.

 

Do you offer equipment servicing?

Yes. We support customers with equipment inspection, servicing, maintenance and refurbishment requirements.

 

Can older equipment be refurbished?

In many cases, yes. Our team can assess equipment condition and advise on refurbishment, repair or replacement options.
