Description:
The CCL Release Agent Aerosol is a molybdenum-based lubricant developed for the effective maintenance and lubrication of prestressing jack wedges. Supplied in a convenient aerosol can, it allows the release agent to be applied quickly and evenly across the wedge surface.
 
Once applied, the release agent dries in approximately 10 minutes to form a hard, durable coating around the wedge. This coating reduces friction between components, helping the wedge to operate smoothly during stressing and making the grip easier to dismantle after use.
 
Correct and regular lubrication of jack wedges is essential to prolong component life, prevent unnecessary wear and support the reliable operation of the stressing equipment. The aerosol application also makes it easier to achieve consistent coverage while minimising excess product.
The Release Agent Aerosol is compatible with all CCL wedges.
 
Alternative wedge lubrication products are also available to suit different maintenance requirements and working environments.
