Description
The CCL Ultrasonic Cleaning Bath is designed for the efficient cleaning of prestressing wedges, barrels, grips and other small engineering components.
 
Ultrasonic cleaning removes grease, lubricant residue, dirt and other contamination from component surfaces and difficult-to-reach areas. The cleaning action reaches internal profiles, grooves and small openings that may be difficult to clean effectively by hand.
 
The heated tank helps improve cleaning performance and reduce cleaning time. Components are placed inside the supplied stainless-steel basket, allowing them to be lowered into and removed from the cleaning solution safely and easily.
 
Simple controls allow the cleaning time and temperature to be adjusted for the components being processed. The integrated drain valve also allows used cleaning solution to be emptied from the tank without lifting or tipping the unit.
 
Regular cleaning supports correct wedge seating, reliable grip performance and easier inspection and maintenance of prestressing equipment.
 
For best results, use with CCL Ultraclean diluted in accordance with the cleaner instructions and the CCL Ultrasonic Cleaner Quick Start Guide.
